There should be a speed limit at east coast park cycling path!

Actually there's an incident lah..
a small kid suddenly walked across a cyclist path.. then..
he was hit. O_O
Luckily the cyclist brake just enough not to hurt that boy bad man..
Yup! accidents waiting to happen there.
AND pedestrians! Don't make the cycling path as if its your father's lah can?
